How do I place an order?

Find a treatment and begin our free consultation. Read through the recommended options and choose your treatment, then simply proceed to checkout.

Are you a UK registered pharmacy?

Yes we are a UK registered and regulated online pharmacy. Although we are based in Worcester, we can deliver medication to you across the country, securely and quickly.

Do you charge for a consultation?

With the exception of our menopause clinic, all of our online consultations are free of charge. Any help and support we provide you is also free of charge. You will only pay for the medication you request and we promise to keep our prices as low as possible.

Will my name be on the delivery?

We are required by law to put your name on the packaging but don’t worry, the packaging will be completely discreet.

What happens with my information?

All your information is kept safe with us with the strictest confidentiality. We do not share your information without your consent, in compliance with GDPR requirements.
