Bijuve® – A Simpler, More Natural Way to Manage Menopause

If menopause symptoms are affecting your sleep, mood, or everyday comfort, Bijuve® offers a convenient, once-daily hormone replacement therapy designed to help you feel like yourself again.

Bijuve is a continuous combined HRT for postmenopausal women with an intact uterus, helping relieve common symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes, sleep disturbance, and vaginal dryness—all in one easy capsule a day.

Uniquely, Bijuve is the first and only oral HRT to combine bioidentical oestradiol and bioidentical progesterone in a single daily capsule, offering a more natural hormone option while remaining fully regulated and prescription-approved.

How Bijuve Helps You Feel Better

Bijuve works by replacing the hormones that naturally decline after menopause:

  • Oestradiol helps restore oestrogen levels, easing hot flushes, night sweats, vaginal discomfort, and sleep disruption.

  • Micronised progesterone helps protect the lining of the womb, making Bijuve suitable for women who still have a uterus.

Because both hormones are taken every day without breaks, Bijuve is designed to provide steady symptom relief without monthly withdrawal bleeding, helping simplify your routine.

Why Many Women Choose Bijuve

✔ Bioidentical hormones – identical in structure to the hormones your body naturally produces
✔ One capsule, once a day – no patches, gels, or multiple tablets
✔ More natural option compared to synthetic progestogens
✔ May be better tolerated for women sensitive to traditional HRT
✔ Pharmacy-supplied, prescription-regulated treatment you can trust

Is Bijuve Right for You?

Bijuve must be taken under the guidance of a healthcare professional and is not suitable for everyone. It may not be appropriate if you have a history of hormone-dependent cancers, unexplained vaginal bleeding, blood clots, liver disease, or certain other medical conditions.

As with all HRT, benefits and risks should be reviewed regularly with your doctor or pharmacist, especially with long-term use.

Directions

  • Take one capsule by mouth once daily, preferably at the same time each day.

  • Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush.

  • Bijuve should be taken continuously without a break — start a new pack the day after finishing the previous one.

  • It can be taken with or without food.

  • If you forget a dose and it is within 12 hours of your usual time, take it as soon as you remember. If more than 12 hours have passed, skip the missed dose and continue as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
